Explains what INUALITY collects, why it is used, and available privacy controls.

INUALITY collects account, security, consent, preference, usage, transaction, program, communication, and voluntarily submitted information to operate the platform, secure accounts, personalize approved experiences, deliver requested services, process payments, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. Private journals and future private reflections are not public and are not automatically shared with mentors or community members. Administrators may access limited information when needed for support, safety, security, legal compliance, or platform operations. INUALITY does not sell personal information. Users can review preferences and submit access, correction, export, or deletion requests from the Privacy and Data area. Some records may be retained when required for security, transactions, disputes, legal compliance, or legitimate operational needs.

These operational documents are part of the Pass 1 foundation. Professional legal review remains a required production acceptance step.
